But . .. Facebook is not for fandom. I'm friends with my boss on Facebook.

I know. But I think folks tend to forget (heck _I_forget my non-fandom relatives can read my FB posts...) or they haven't friended non-fandom folks on FB.

But for "what's going on in your life" posts I think most folks are sticking with FB. I had to go over there because most of my friends weren't updating their LJs regularly and I was missing out on news.

I actually MUCH prefer LJ myself, and I wish more folks would come back to it. But I find it hard to sit down and take the time to make a proper LJ post these days (or even an improper one)...

Yeah, I guess my "what's going on in my life" stuff DID migrate to Facebook - but it's so self-censored, it's not the same thing at all.

I think that those who have migrated to Dreamwidth make use of the cross post feature there. Fandom has just been very quiet.

Hrmm. Well, I can't throw stones, as I've been largely absent.

But 'Avengers' was awesome and all the fic is awesome and it made me realize I miss this.

I have the first story finished... but the second story is eating my brain.. and am now stuck.. it's like right there and just won't come out... *headdesk*

I hate to post the first fic and not have the second one finished with the first one ending how it does... I think I might get lynched if I do that.
