You must be on more crack than me. You are a great guy. Quirks are what make life interesting. If people seem with out quirks, that just means that you don't know them well enough, or they are lying to themselves, or they are goddamned annoyingly boring and not worth knowing, although most people do. As for the love thing, while I may not be in love, I'm definetly nuts about a guy... I'm at the same spot you are. I'm going insane because I can't tell how he feels.
