i just realized something.
"sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me." you know, that saying? it is the biggest bs since i don't know, the loch ness monster. physical pain is much easier to deal with than emotional.

I dunno, I think physical pain is temporary, but emotional pain will stick with you for a very long time...

it really depends on how you deal with emotional pain.

I have a tendency to just shrug everything off, so physical pain affects me a lot more than emotional pain does
