I think this might be shaping up to be a weird year. Still, Christmas went well! How were your holidays, everybody?

So I have a question about clones and I figure Spiders are the best people to ask. So, guys and girls, can any of you tell me if there's a way to tell the difference between a clone and an alternate?

I hear that. Hopefully better than last though, you know? That's the plan I've got, anyway. My holidays were kind of boring. I played the recluse for a little while. Got dragged out on New Year's by a friend from class but not much else.

Better than last year. Always a good plan. I mean that in the least cynical way possible, I swear.

I spent most of my holiday dragging out recluses and playing babysitter. Pity me. :'(

...Anything's gotta be better than my last year, honestly. It's okay to be cynical. I won't get mad or anything. Just smack me upside the head if I get too depressing. That happens sometimes which is maybe why I've been avoiding people.

Everyone has moments like that. Mostly because... like, I have this secret theory the Nexus likes to grab people with messed up lives. Or make them messed up, if they're not already. It's like a magnet. Of... angst. Clearly, the theory needs work.

What I'm saying is, I won't smack you upside the head unless you really need it. Or you ask me nicely.

I keep forgetting time's not the same for everyone. Sorry!

Mine were very good, I spent time with friends and family. Got some nice clothes, that sort of thing.

You pretty much need a tissue sample from both. Skin or blood. Hair wont work nearly as well.

Now to figure out a way to get some from the maybe-clone. At least I'm someone he'll probably trust.

Accidental injuries are good ways to get blood samples. Broken glass. Knife. That sorta thing. Hehe.
