and probably will be home all week, poor kid. It's a mild case, but it's still contagious, and it still itches.

On the other hand, yours truly has never had chickenpox, and has not been vaccinated.

Hilarity may ensue.

Poor kid. Was he vaccinated? I'm curious how well that vaccine works.

Poor you, too. I hope you do not catch it :( My coworker a few years ago caught it and it was not a good thing.

oh god. i had chicken pox when i was 16. i had them in my throat, in my nose, in my ears....here is hoping you stay well. Feed him hot tea to help the chicken pox finish appearing. I dont know if there is any medical proof of this, but my great grandmother was a well respected healer and that is what she always said. She would also shoo chickens over your child's head, but I am not sure if just anyone can do that. :)
