*gushes* This is such a PERFECT fanmix. Even from the first few lines of every song, I can just PICTURE the swangoose. I'm really glad you included La Roux - ever since Evan danced to it this past week, I think the sound really fits him well. =)
Eeeeeeeee, thank you so much for your amazing comment!!! I'm so glad you think it fits them!!
Also I had NO IDEA that Evan danced to La Roux!!!! THAT'S CRAZY AND ALSO SO COOL!!!! Clearly, I need to keep up with DWTS better!
AHHHHHHH okay, I just watched their dance and that was REALLY AWESOME!!! I love how in the little clips of them preparing he was like 'I can do no emotion'. Lol! And the Wall-e voices! Awwwwww! :DDD
First off: such a cool title (it reminds me a little of the ending lines from "Silence of the Lambs", incidentally) and beautiful artwork - I particularly love the back cover!
I finally got around to actually listening to this! \o/ And you were lying to me when you said that this wasn't utterly awesome because it is.
I can't believe I never realized how perfect "Wait It Out" is for Swangoose! There are quite a few songs on this mix that I didn't know before. "Your Smile's a Drug" is such a great song and so, so fitting. It's one of those cases I mentioned before where I can't quite make up my mind about the POV but it just works perfectly for thei relationship as a whole. And, oh, the 'everything worth it hurts a little bit / you don't wanna run away and I won't let you anyway' line in "Take It Like A Man" made me so happy. "Never Wanted to Dance" has to be the best song choice ever - so very tongue-in-cheek, in a way! :D :D :D And then there's "Secrets", which I've heard about a gazillion times on the radio but never actually

Yay!!!! I'm so glad you liked it!!! :DDDDD You liking it is like, a fantasy children's book author getting a compliment on their work from JK Rowling, or some other, better analogy.
Ohhhh, whoa, I'd never noticed the Silence of the Lambs connection before, but that's totally awesome! I love those movies.
I have to admit though, that I didn't think of Wait It Out myself, I did steal that one from the fic The Art of Spooning on the kinkmeme, but it was too perfect to pass up.
I'm glad you like Your Smile's a Drug; it's one of my favorites on this. And yeah, I definitely go back and forth on the POV. I think most of the time I hear the lines And when you say you're in love//You just sound like you're giving up from Evan's POV about Johnny, but I'm not sure why
