but my only argument is that it really isnt healthy putting pills in your body to supplement protein, vitamins, calcium, irons, etc.
if you dont like the way the animals are treated, you could eat free range chicken or something.
and why is it our natural instinct to eat meat? i think mother nature/god/whatever it is you beleive understands our bodies more than we do. so why would we not follow what it told us to do from the very beginning?
im not trying to argue, or make anyone mad. but, as zak said, i've heard just as many good health reasons to eat meat, as i have to go vegan/vegetarian.
and plus, I CAN'T live without chicken
