Hello! As you've probably noticed, this journal is 'friends-only'. It's not for any sinister reason; rather, it's because I write about my personal life (boring as it is) and so would like to have at least some idea of who's reading my entries ( Read more... )

Just thought I'd tell you that I've added you. I'm here for the essays and Cambridge. I used to live there and someday I want to go back. Hopefully soon. :)

Nice to meet you! *offers hand*

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that I'm adding you. I love to stumble across journals that belong to people close to my age; it seems like LiveJournal is mostly populated by a younger crowd. According to those interests lists, we have poetry, Harry Potter, and reading in common, but I can't imagine how anyone could be uninterested in any of those things. =) Also I noticed you listed The Sound of Music as an interest. My parents picked out my first name from that movie. =) (Liesl.) Have a great night and add me back if you like!

Hello! I've added you back--where did you come across my journal, incidentally?

It was so silly-- I was thinking about that poem:

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living,
But the child that's born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny, blithe, good and gay.

--and I just tried typing in names to see if anyone had them. =)

Hello!
Hardly have I any chance to be in your friend-lenght beause you'd probably not be able to read my entries... I'm of another nationality but last summer I stayed with my friends, they live in Huntington, d'you know where is it? Well, we were in Cambridge and it'd be great to have a possibility to meet somebody who's from there...
My name is Alla, I added you.

Hey,
I was looking for ARU students as I have an offer for English there this year and I was wondering if I could ask you about the place? Especially compared to Cambridge because I am thinking of reapplying there.
