So I'm watching True Life on MTV and this episode is about OCD. Its pretty strange but it got me thinking about some of my own little 'rituals'. There a couple. No way are mine as bad as these people, not even close. But I thought I'd share a few.

i have OCD so i could write a book on my rituals. But OCD is more about the obsessions than the compulsions. Sure, the compulsions suck...they take up time in your life, people think you are weird...yada yada yada...but the obsessions will drive you crazy. Its like a song that gets stuck in your head, only they are horrible thoughts.

So...yeah. OCD sucks. And that show didn't even touch it. They should have had ME on there...although now that i take a crapload of meds im not too bad...but its still a daily struggle
