I found out recently how easy it is to disenfranchise voters in Alaska. Simply do not send voter registration cards to newly registered voters or voters that submitted changes to their registration. What's a voter card? ;) I still haven't received mine, but Eric's was mailed to him without him having to even update to the new address. Go figure. Having his made finding our new voting location easy, even if it is located in a church. I was on the rolls, just no ID card.
