ART honors Parker and Guare
Tony Award-winning actress Mary-Louise Parker and playwright John Guare were in Boston last night to receive the Robert Brustein Award at the American Repertory Theatre's annual shindig. Held at Delta's new terminal at Logan Airport, the posh ART party also paid tribute to actor Tony Shalhoub and his wife, actress Brooke Adams. It featured two one-act plays written for the occasion by John Kuntz and Chris Durang and directed by Sam Weisman.
