Ever since she'd woken up this morning, Kaylee had been a bit...well, restless might be the best word for it. She'd been trying to work on some projects, but kept getting sidetracked. Ned...wasn't a typically demonstrative type so, while he'd been feeling all pent up and crowded in his room, he showed it a lot less than other people. Still, it eventually got to be too much for him and he had to go do something.

Or something. Wait, where had that thought come from?

He knocked on the door anyway, confused yet...surprisingly good.

Kaylee popped up and hurried over to the door, trying to ignore how interestingly her clothes brushed against her skin that way.

"Hey, you!"

Okay, and now she had to resist the urge to immediately climb on him. She couldn't help the fact that she was blushing a dark pink, though, even as she grinned up at him.
