Apparently you posted this in my journal but for whatever reason I couldn't reply to it and/or it didn't exist...

Anyway, I don't know who Steve is, I was just commenting on his new icon.

And assuming you're talking about my default icon, I was just looking for some Metal Gear Solid 3 pics. And I found one I liked, cropped it and darkened it a little bit. Easy as that...
