Why Now? -  I've been at this for about a year now. I lost 30lbs, then injured my knee pretty badly in April, had surgery in June and then again in October, put some weight back on, lost some muscle tone and am now feeling rehabbed enough to start getting back into it.

Today is the last day of the year, & I am gonna try to eat better & exercise more in the new year, would like to lose at least 10lbs. Wish me luck

My weight has stayed the same for the last 7 weeks, just can't get over it, at least I haven't been gaining any weight, but after the new year, I hope to kick it up a notch & hopefully get the scale moving in the right direction again
