this is a long shot and I hope you read this, but I had a question about your lj.

I think your use of an image map at the top left is uber cool!! :) I was wondering where you put the html at to get that to work. if you could help in any way possible, I would appreciate it, feel free to check out my lj and see how boring it is LOL

I know how to make an image map and stuff, just not where to place the html in the context of how lj works....argh

I'm so sorry to be the one to tell you this, but you have to have a paid account in order to incorporate an image map into your journal. It's all part of the wonderful world of style editing. ;)
