Clown Pants and Cruel Shoes

Here is my new swiffy bedspread..In the corner to the left, you can see the big Pooh Bear (yes, I know I am a grown woman) given to me by Lisa and her family.  It is sitting on a kid's chair, also from them.

Her shoes look like Keens (www.keenfootwear.com)--which is odd because they aren't usually painful! Bleh hate be all excited for a pair of shoes only to find out you have to suffer to wear them.

They are, in fact, Keens. She still loves the shoes, but they are causing her toe cleavage some discomfort. It is a bummer, though, becuase they really are pretty and very well made.

Well if she's of a mind to return them I'd suggest the Newport h2's by keen---they probably aren't as stylish but they have never let me down as far as comfort goes---they are my trusty kayak/water/summer hiking/sport shoes---and the only pair that has never given blisters!

Plus now that Keens are more popular they have a ton of new colors! (I actually just ordered a new pair yesterday woohoo!)

Ooooh. I will send her to the site. I will also go, because I like looking at the shoes. Not that crazy about buying/wearing them, although I have a vast cheap, sparkly flip flop collection. This is Florida, right? By the way, I want to thank you for the many laughs I've gotten from your journal and comments.

My sheets are actually flannel, which I love. I am afraid I would slide right out of a fully satin bed. The spread was on big-time clearance and I really do love it!

and the room......the bed...........i LOVE it! i see pieces of me in that room!!!!!!!!!!! i love it that i can actually see me with you!

I think your toes just aren't used to the intrusion. It can take some time getting the thongs to work for me come summer.
Cute though.
The bed is very plushy.

Boop wears thongs all the time. I'm attributing her discomfort to her frekishly small feet.
