I do agree, but then again, there's just some things some people want to keep to themselves. If I'm feeling bad, I'll try not to let anyone know, becuase then they might worry. I don't really want people to worry over me. Then again, maybe that's just me.
long comment... sorry!originalwontonDecember 19 2004, 20:39:33 UTC
This sounds stupid and petty, but it annoys me when people completely ignore that you asked them a question... or when you ask them, "How are you?" and they don't answer the question but instead respond with the same question. I wouldn't ask how they were if I didn't care, and I do care. It annoys some people that I actually respond with how I really do feel (unless it's something you just can't say, like telling a teacher that i'm in a bad mood because my mom beat my face in.... that wouldn't be good), but I always tell my friends how I really feel because, the bottom line is, that's what friends are for. Be honest... or like J-Lo, be real ;-P Love ya, Jake. *mindy*
its that awkward silence that ppl are so deathly afraid of that drives them to fill this void of conversational reflection with useless words as to hide their insecurity from the other person instead of for once injoying the peace of being w/ someone you care about and not needing to speak to know how the other person is feeling........and then sometimes strangers(cashiers, mailman, mallsalesppl) just want to present that fake feeling that they care wen they really dont give a shit about you
