if you ever want to stay in nyc for free for a night or two and your friends are unreliable go to 103rd st and amsterdam, the hostel international. just follow someone in, showers, free internet, comfy couches and giant screen tvs.

or i could pay 35 bucks a night to actually get into one of the rooms, but where is the fun in that?

life is almost all good. besides my grandfather passing away, things have been great to begin this semester. his time had come, he smoked for 70 odd years and made it to 83, which wasn't bad considering he just sat and watched tv and smoked and ate practically nothing. ended up staying in minneapolis for an extra day after i visited my blind aunt ( Read more... )
