As I was revealing to Erik and Diana just last night, the switchboard has completely driven me crazy.  Not only are people rude to me all day long, they are also straight up on the real no doubt 100 percent stupid.  I.E......

Me:  The University of Dallas, may I help you? Guy:  Lemme have Chris  Me:  Sure, do you know his last name?  Guy:  Uhhh, no

heheh. i felt bad for her today, though, because when she made me bring her the vaccuum, she had a scarf or something on her face and she wouldn't take it off for more than a minute. she was so scared of the paint or the dust. she will survive.
