Unfortunately I think the current challenge will be the last one here since the participation is really low and I don't see the point of keeping it open, however I've been thinking of setting up a JJ Abrams community where you still can enter Lost icons. Let me know what you think and I'll set it up.

I think you would hopefully get more participation with more fandoms to be iconed.

That's what I think so too, we would have Alias, Fringe, Star Trek, Star Wars... I think it could work.

for me ist all about the theme of the challenge if I do it or not do you plan to bring this comm back at some point or is it done for good?

It would be open theme for all the fandoms, but ocasinally, we would have a challenge dedicated to specific fandom or character, like we do at whedon-elite.

I don't think I could bring this comm back at any point, since the show ended years ago. it's hard to keep up the participation in a only fandom comm that's finished.

Unfortunately I had no time to submit icons during the Christmas and New Year period, but I think a JJ Abrams icon community would be okay for me.

Sorry I didn't mean to vote before reading, I just glanced & thought you wanted to open a JJ comm in addition to this one. Never mind me, I haven't participated here in a long time. Either would be fine with me.

No, it would be this one or the other, I can't run both, I already have too many communities.

I love this community's Lost-specific themes (like the current one, which I doubt we'd see at a JJ icon comm). However, I'm not the best at participating, so I'd also be fine with a broader community if that means more participation.
