Fran/Penelo I actually see Pene as the aggressor in that situation. As in, Fran's calm independence is something Penelo wants to lay claim to, so she attempts to do so sexually. Fran would probably be vaguely mystified and go along with it because, well, Penelo's so very, very huggable. ;)

I found a club on deviantART, where I post all my drawings and stuff, that is dedicated to Ashe/Penelo. I was pleasantly surprised! I don't think I had ever seen that pairing before. The club only has like three members, but that's okay. XD
I got about the same vibes from Fran/Penelo. That, and I can see Fran really enjoying making Penelo blush.
