Silly question here: I've been logging fitness minutes and water, etc. on the quick track at the start page. How/where can I track distance walked? I got my walking time in, but distance isn't something I can enter there.

I beleive if you go to the sparkteam page and click on "Join Goal" or something like that, it'll add it into your goals. If not, then it is listed under "Other Goals" in your "My Tools" header. But I'm fairly sure just joining the goal at our team page will put it in. Then on your fitness page, you'll have a Mileage Tracker in between your Strength Training and Cardio goals.

Last month I figured out that if I count my walk for my cardio and log my mileage it doubles my fitness minutes, which is way unfair and uncool. So, I think I'm going to just log my mileage, since my only cardio is my walk and I know that if I hit my mileage target, then I exceeded my calories burned goal. If I had other cardio activities, though, I would add those into my cardio tracker.
Just something to be mindful of. :)

Oh, and that wasn't a silly question, by the by.

I found it, thanks. Yeah, I will log the walking separate from the yoga, so that I don't end up doubling it all. In fact, I've added the mileage from last Friday, so I need to go back and edit the other fitness time for that day. It won't affect overall, since you've given totals already. It will only add that I've got some mileage.

Fun, fun, fun... :-)
