Riding a mount unskilled is considered an exploit and you'll get in trouble with the admins for that. The major problem is the gold, though. Even a non-epic one costs a lot, especially in upkeep.. :P)

Just remember, unlike old grindy mmos, you don't lose levels if you die, so don't try to get back to your twenties that way. :P
