Don't be silly! I do that all the time. Whenever I'm hungry, I don't buy food. I go to the gas station and buy 99 cents worth of gasoline.

Why, just the other day I...splurged on gasoline. I hate to admit it that I had to have seventy-five hundred gallons so I could allure my prospective boyfriend into giving me a visit.

What he meant was "Don't go places that aren't necessary." Like, you know, drive halfway across the city during rush hour to rent a movie. Which I totally HAVE NOT done twice in a row. No sirree. *hides rental movies*

Unfortunately, Bush has neither the mental acumen to figure out what he was supposed to say, nor the vocabulary to say it. Or even the charisma to get people to actually do what he says. *sigh*

Also, what's up with the government refunding the private charities that helped the Katrina victims? Isn't that the same as the government helping them, but more complicated? WTF.
