Hi would like to ask rgding the part about the total cost.

If I order one dvd which cost 40sgd from you, so the total price of it(before local postage) would be 60sgd? Because you wrote $xx+$xx X $1.50= price.

it'll be 41.50 before local postage. xx + xx is for multiple items :)

2.55 for normal mail, 5.05 for reg mail. this is just for the dvd alone. for the poster, it's 1 for normal, 3.50 for reg mail.
