Ironically enough, while Bear and I were looking at a new apartment yesterday the neighbor downstairs finally got dragged to jail. Apparently we missed a swat team stand-off that last about a half n' hour until they finally busted in his apartment and took him away. We'll never see him again. Oh well ( Read more... )

Oh I just realized that was the place I had been looking at, but I was really frustrated because I couldn't find pricing anywhere. 1070 a month is way out of my price range, were there any cheaper ones?

I know the cheapest were studios and she mentioned ONE place that was $975 on a short term lease, but that would open in up in a few months if we were interested. That's the cheapest I've heard of there, but it is a bit much for one person. If you ever meet Bear you'll understand right away while we're looking at The Mills in the first place. Nothing but the best for him ;-)
