I was in the park eating candy and I saw a little girl. I asked her if she wanted candy and she said no. I gave it to her anyway though, and she ate it. Why did she say no?

her parents probably drilled into her not to accept candy from strangers, and yet, when a child has candy in their hand...they just can't resist

I think it's probably because her parents told her not to take candy from strangers-- and so, before you put the candy in her hands, she was more mindful of of that message.

I'm on a diet right now, and when my friend asked me yesterday if I wanted strawberry shortcake icecream (mouth orgasm), I responded no. But then she put a bowl of it in front of me and I couldn't help but dig in ;p

My willpower melted faster than the ice-cream.
