Stitch is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. "Experiment 626".

[And everything spills out. How Jumba created him to wreak havoc on the universe. The crash landing in Kauai, meeting Lilo,Nani and David and how learning about "Ohana" has changed him for the better.]

Stitch's dream was from a long time ago. Stitch came to Somarium after that.
