Dream 12 ** Even the Best Fall Down Sometimes
Warnings: Stitch nearly drowning to his death.
Effects: The feeling of being submerged in deep water.
Who knew that a fun day playing in the beach would end up like this? Jumba found him, unceremoniously knocking him off Nani's surfboard. The scientist had used his only weakness against him.
Water.
He was weary of it (and rightfully so), hiding the fact he was scared behind a scowl and a huff. But somehow Nani, Lilo and David made it not so scary anymore. Heck, they even made it something to enjoy. However, here he was, sinking deeper and deeper into the ocean. His vision started the blur, his breath slowly coming to a halt as more water filled into his lungs.
Out of the corner his eye, he managed to see it: a bright white light. For some reason, seeing it soothed him, making him feel safe and that everything will turn out better in the end. Suddenly it didn't feel like he was falling anymore. It was as if something was pulling him up. After battling with himself to stay conscious, Stitch finally gave in, letting nature take its course.
[He shakes himself awake, slapping his cheek for good measure. Can't quite believe he fell asleep on the job B|a. Cid is going to have a field day with this. Headtilt when he noticed the Dreamberry giving off a strange orange-brown like light.]
