Hey, just wanted to rant for a moment about some Weird NJ-related pictures. There's this site, abandonedbutnotforgotten.com which I really love. It helps me find a lot of places and has opened my eyes up to a lot of lesser-known sites. Anyway, so I post my pictures here and on my Weird NJ forum whenever I visit a site. As you own the copyright to those pics, you might want to send him a friendly note informing him that he is breaking the law and that you intend to follow this up if your photos are not removed.

I must concede that my knowledge on Copyright is all in the music field, but as far as I know the same rules apply. The bad news here is that unless you registered your copyright, you can't sue for damages, but you could still sue him which might make an impression on him if he's informed.

Hopefully he will comply to a friendly letter. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I believe he'll probably give me credit seeing as I've seen him talk about other people who have written in and such on the site, but it just really bothers me that he put up my pictures without telling me. Hopefully I won't have to hunt him down. :P
