Ehehe...did I have an inadvertent South Park reference? :P Where?

Sorry, my South Park knowledge is embarrassingly miniscule.

It was this part: (Or, summed up more primitively: Step 1. Praise England. Step 2. Make a request. Step 3. ??? Step 4. Profit!)
Even if it wasn't meant to be a South Park reference, it still made me lol because that's what I actually thought xD;;
Lol I bet I sound like such a South Park nerd now >>;;

Ahaha, yes! I was using it and didn't even realize it was a South Park reference. Must be because I see that all over the internet...XP

Haha, I would have sworn that the steps 1, 2, 3 4 were a Star Trek: Deep Space 9 reference... but I've watched South Park, too, so maybe that's it. :)

Still enjoying this! I like how the England in the Alternate Universe is changing a little... becoming a little more flexible. Thanks for sharing!

Hehe, maybe it's that too, and maybe South Park pulled it from there?

Thanks! :) Yeah, I was trying to find a way to make him more human. :P

Man, I just love how America acts around everyone in the AU. It's just so EASY to tell that this is America, not AU!America. He never changes, does he? XD
And I think I've mentioned this before, but I really love how deep this AU is. It really does feel like a real universe, that things have actually happened and there's this whole separate history before America came in. I'm really loving the whole Optical thing too, it's reminds me of a more serious "Google is taking over the world!", and feels like something that could really happen.

Thanks! I do enjoy writing America--making him come up with crazy ideas and then putting a bit of logic behind those ideas is a lot of fun. :)

The Google issue was definitely what I was going for with Optical, except taken to another level. :P
