Actually, in a Jewish community, where they were debating whether or not the criticism was warranted, as historically satanists have used both 5 and 6 pointed stars for symbols, depending on the time period.

The 6-point star in a circle is, I believe, the Seal of Solomon, which I think is used in demonology as a *protective* symbol.
