[PoT] Possessive (Tezuka/Ryoma, Karupin, G)
I like Ryoma. I like Tezuka. I like them even more together. Thus, TezuRyo with Karupin thrown in. Concrit welcome, comments loved. I think I had some trouble with verb tense and transitions (as per usual).

When Kunimitsu first visits Echizen's house, the first thing he notices is the tennis court. The second thing is the freshman's fondness for his cat.
He is amused by the way Echizen gently balances the Himalayan cat in his arms as he makes his way up the stairs, and the way he unconsciously cuddles the cat on his bed when they're supposed to be doing homework.
Kunimitsu would coo if it isn't so out of character of him.
When Echizen drifts to sleep while Kunimitsu is focused on his math, he lets him nap with a small upturn of his mouth. He makes his way to the bed and draws the covers over Echizen's body, dropping a kiss on the younger boy's lips before turning back to the desk in the room.
He is met by light blue eyes that glint accusingly, fur fluffing just a little more than usual. Kunimitsu suspects that if Karupin had been a dog, he would be growling.
He wants to laugh because he is Seigaku's captain and here is a possessive cat, but he knows Echizen would never forgive him if he makes Karupin angry.
With a sigh, he hesitantly smooths the fur on Karupin's head, and the cat struggles for a while before giving into his ministrations. Tail swishing in approval, the Himalayan settles in his lap with a satisfied "Mrow."
He is resigned to unfinished math homework, and instead contents himself with watching Echizen, who later wakes up to the sight of his buchou and his cat, and drags both down to the bed so that he can continue sleeping curled next to the third-year's warmth.
Kunimitsu chuckles quietly at Echizen's quiet purr of happiness.
