I've become curious of late as to the whys of other's beliefs. Therefore, I would appreciate it if anyone who reads this would fill out the following survey in the comments section. This isn't for some school study; just my own personal curiousity. I know most of my friends beliefs, but I feel I don't really understand why. So I'd like to know

1.) Your religion. If you belong to no organized religion, describe your beliefs in as much detail as possible. If you have beliefs outside of the traditional beliefs of your religion, please describe the beliefs and why you differ from your religion's standpoint.I am a humanist, although I do hold some deep rooted religious standpoints on values. I do try my best to adhear to the 10 commandments as best possible. I also believe our fait is predetermined, not at birth but at the begining of time itself. Best possible way to describe my beliefs is that I am a 'Christian' with the exception that I question the idea of a higher power. I do believe Jesus existed, wether or not he was divine is another topic I am questionate about. As a result I've become philosophical but most of the anwsers I get for myself tend to be similar at least to the 'Abrahamic faiths'. Strangly ( ... )
