New laptop

The virus resurfaced and killed the Toshiba. It wasn't cost-effective to spend the money to keep fixing it. so I bought a Gateway laptop. Geek Squad came out to set it up this morning

I agree. Geek is coming backFriday to correct his gaffe. I'm sure he'll end up redownloading the e-mail program.
