I took the rare opportunity that daylight brings to Autumn weekends for cutting power to my whole house. This enabled me to replace the GFCI panel breaker that caught fire several weeks back

A very good question! It had me scratching my head for a while, too. I kept the breaker long enough to show some friends, but have since relegated it to the circular file.
