Gluten-free experiment, days ten through twelve

I've gotten busy, but here are some things I've been eating:

Apples with PB
Rice crackers
Pistachios, figs, and dates
Grilled vegetables (eggplant, carrots, summer squash, asparagus)
Grilled tofu skewers with sesame dressing (in hindsight I realized there was probably wheat in the shoyu that was almost certainly in the dressing. Oops.)
Spaghetti squash with tempeh bolognese
Amy's Mattar Tofu Dinner
Cherry pie Lärabar
Wine, here and there
Imagine Creamy Corn soup with roasted sweet potato and garlic and olive oil thrown in
OMG-It's-the-New-Crack Cranberry Beans (stay tuned for recipe)
Roasted potatoes with rosemary and olive oil
Chocolate, as needed, with PB, candied ginger, dried fruit, or neat.
