Hah, I finally got it, "Dali Lama" is the name of the spiritual leader of Tibet.
I've always wondered what/who a/the Dali Lama is/was. Other people didn't know, so I went to my trusty friend google.com. If you haven't had a chat with google.com lately, I highly demand that you do!
