lulabellafp asked about this awhile ago. I've only made it once and I used half and half instead of the recommended almond/rice/coconut milk because it was the holidays. I also rolled some in shredded coconut, some in chopped candied ginger and carob powder, and they could be rolled in whatever yumminess you can think of, truffle-style.
