Description : Cordy gets her ass back to W&H so she can watch Sebastian
---------------------
Sebastian was beyond frustrated. He was trapped in this body and what was worse than being trapped in Angel's body? Being trapped in Wolfram and Hart with all the lawyers in their pressed suits and bad attitudes. Of course, on most any other day. Sebastian would be in his element but these lawyers thought he was Angel and so treated him like Angel which was annoying. He had changed Angel's appearance somewhat. He had kept the silk shirts but used more colour, he had kept the dark pants and shoes but he hadn't kept the hairgel. Angel in his opinion used too much of the stuff and so Sebastian had done other things to the hair on Angel's head and so far it seemed to have gotten him a lot of attention. He was for the moment wandering the halls of Wolfram and Hart once more, it was the only thing to do. The senior partners hadn't called him to them and even if they did, Sebastian knew they had business to discuss and not just Angel's business at that.
Eve had been mysteriously absent and Sebastian was very sure she was trying to turn over a new leaf. He smirked slightly to the thought, Eve turning over a new leaf was incredibly amusing. She was a Wolfram and Hart employee, she was meant to be underhanded and driven purely by self interest. Sebastian understood that, he rarely did anything unless it was in his own interests. He paused rather abruptly as a familiar scent caught his nose and Angel's head turned. Sure enough, there stood in reception was Cordelia Chase herself. This was interesting, he didn't think he would be seeing her again. Especially after his little show earlier on but he watched as Cordelia's head turned and her deep brown eyes came to rest on him or rather Angel's form.
She dressed well. Sebastian appreciated that. The low cut of the white silk shirt drew his attention to the right places and then the slimming black pants and stiletto heels caused a man's mind to wander. The curling strands of brown and blonde hair were the next things that caught his attention, mostly because they fell over her eyes and touched the dark brown of her lips. This woman knew how to dress to get attention, he could see why Angel was so hooked on this woman. He had appraised Buffy with a similiar eye and had found himself unaffected but that could be due to the fact she was the Slayer and he is and always would be a vampire. Direct polar opposites but with her current romantic entanglements, one would think differently.
Cordelia took a deep breath as she saw him standing there, looking just like the man she loved but he wasn't the man she loved. In fact, he was the direct opposite and it would do her well to remember that. Even when those eyes looked at her in that way, the way that sent a shiver down her spine. She could do this, the blade she had taken from Sebastian's apartment was left with her coat in the nearby chair. It was wrapped within the dark material and it would be at her side in a heartbeat if she needed it." Angel." She commented cooly as he walked towards her." We need to talk." She hoped to God, her voice didn't sound as nervous as she felt.
Sebastian paused at the tone of her voice. So she was still mad about that little fling. He resisted the urge to smirk and merely nodded Angel's head. Looking very much like a subservient Angel." I agree." He commented, letting his hands stray to his pockets as he lifted his head and met her eyes. He tried to keep his expression or rather Angel's expression sincere. He had to pretend to care about this woman when the thought of draining her blood and leaving her for dead was so much more pleasurable than listening to one more word she had to say.
He did a good job at impersonating Angel, it was almost disturbing. Cordelia ignored that and simply walked to collect her coat, she felt the reassuring weight of the sword against her arm and made sure it was completely covered." Glad you feel the same way." She said softly. Her eyes tracked over the area of Wolfram and Hart, she was looking for Harmony.
" Of course." Sebastian answered before he lifted one of Angel's arm and gestured towards his office." Let's go to my office to talk." He glanced up, Angel's eyes met those of his "employees" People certainly were nosy in this place.
Cordelia nodded her head again before she set off from where she was stood. Her heels clicking as she walked, she kept reminding herself that it was Sebastian and not Angel. Angel was stuck in Sebastian's apartment and would stay there until they all figured out a way to make this better. They had to find a way and if she could, she'd look into the various files that Wolfram and Hart kept and see if there was anything there that could help her with this. If only Wesley was around, he would know what to do and Fred. God what she wouldn't give for Fred and her brain. But at least she could watch Sebastian and make sure he didn't do anything detrimental towards the real Angel.
Sebastian trailed after Cordelia, he briefly wondered where she had been up until now and if she knew who he was but he dismissed the thought and simply focused his attention on the woman walking in front of him. This would certainly be interesting if nothing else. How would Angel deal with his emotional girlfriend?
