My whole life I've been a sports fan - played them, watched them, and rooted for all my home teams in every sport. Baseball was actually my favorite sport when I was a kid, way back before we even had a Major League Baseball team in Arizona. I kinda have a similar story, as I really fell in love with baseball as a kid, up to the 2001 world series. then I stopped watching it for a few years. But the 2007 Dbacks team SO BROUGHT ME BACK. I blame the 07 team for my current obsession. Of course, now we stink again, but I have to keep faith that we can return to that 07 amazingness. I hope. Either way I will always love baseball and continue to root for my team. :D

bums me out we had such a bad year this year, but I think we'll be contenders again next year.

You sound like me too Caitlin :) I fell in love with baseball as a kid, since I grew up in a family of baseball fans. I loved the Angels until Colorado finally got their own team in 1992 and then their first season in Denver in 1993. To this day I still love the Rockies and I took the DBacks under my wing in 1998, hence my love for both teams :)
