Yeah. Apparently after finding out a little more, they felt it would be in the best interest of the league if the Aces hosted (they draw a bigger crowd). And from the beginning, it seems there was an agreement between the higher-ups that the Aces would host no matter what, despite the rule being that home field goes to the team with the higher seed. Nobody told the team this until right after they won the first round. :(
