Honestly, it was Star Trek that really made me check the game out. Spike TV started showing Star Trek: Deep Space Nine during my freshman year of college, and I had been watching the other Star Treks for two years, so I was really excited to finally have a chance to watch this series. Oh, that's awesome! I once wrote a short essay on the metaphor of Sisko's baseball. "Take Me Out To The Holosuite" is very feel-good and happy-making. My favorite baseball related line is from "In The Cards", though I can't remember it exactly, something like, "The entire safety of the universe depends on us finding Willie Mays - and stopping him!"
