I wish I could tell you how much I'm going to miss you, but nothing I come up with seems enough. It's very weird to know that my best friend is going to be living over 1,000 miles away. I will miss you terribly, and I don't promise that I won't occasionally send you an email or message and demand that you come home immediately or severe punishment will ensue, but despite that...I am very excited for you, and I know that you will have a blast and love it and it will change your life in a million ways, most of them extremely good. And I will continue to be happy for you as long as you SWEAR to me that this isn't it.
