So apparently I've decided to soldier on when it comes to this list of stuff I want, because here I am adding on more things. Always more things. ;__;
My ladylove and I have decided we're going to have two Great Dane puppies when we finally move into a house where such is permissible (this, in addition to our two cats and the seahorse I vow to have someday). We need two, you see, because we can't agree on a name for one. So it has been decided that hers will be named Benedict, while I will dub mine Bowie. In case you cannot extrapolate, we are big fans of actor Benedict Cumberbatch, of Sherlock fame a la the BBC, and singer/actor/glam rock icon Sexy David Bowie (yes, that's his full title. Some people get Sir, others get Sexy). So we're going to to have Ben and Bo, plus their little tagalong companion Ludo the bulldog, which I also vow to have someday. Ludo's namesake is the adorably ugly creature from the 1986 classic fantasy film Labyrinth, which handily enough stars Sexy David Bowie. I digress. Ludo the bulldog, whom I predict I will be as adorably ugly as the rest of his breed, will probably secretly run the show when it comes to being alpha dog.
This is not a post about dogs, however. It is a post about Things I Want. Dogs are only a subgroup. More practical items include the floating bookshelf idea. Wouldn't it be cool to have floating bookshelves--made of books? I've seen it done! On Pinterest! It must be true!
Eh, whatever. What I'd really like is a car whose right rear wheel doesn't squeak no matter what I do to fix it; a house with a yard big enough for three dogs and a separate room for kitty litter boxes; the cooking skill of an Iron Chef; and a panda cub. That last is for my ladylove, who obsesses over is a fanatic about adores pandas.
