a gritty sort of low-grade anxiety (like having a little too much coffee) is often associated with Wellbutrin, especially while adjusting to it initially...it is a case of benefits outweighing side effects. Small amounts of alcohol, usually less than you need to get a buzz from the alcohol, generally control this fine. Alcohol in more than small amounts is counter indicated, however, as this drug will tend to bond with alcohol and you will literally urinate out the medicine with the alcohol. A single glass of wine or a couple beers within a 4-6 hour period generally is acceptable. More would be counter-productive. If the anxiety symptom begins to cause functional impairment, talk with your doctor about temporarily taking a mild sedative until you are fully acclimated to its effects.

Wow I really appreciate your input. As far as the sunshine goes, you're exactly right. It wasn't really until I came to England that I started feeling any of this. It was also during this time that a lot of other life-changing hardships flowed in. So there is a lot of situational events which have contributed to my current state.
The fact that I'm going back to FL will more than likely solve nearly all of them. Although I do have personal issues that I need to work out with a counselor.
This brings me to the question: Do I even need meds?
Yes its hard now, but I don't think its so bad I want to kill myself. I just want to sleep until its all over. But I feel like being on the meds will take away my clarity in knowing if going home really helped or if it was just WB.
