Lambing

I'm trying to get at the root of the lambing. Any ideas out there on why we do it? Other cultures don't seem to do it and they don't particularly get it as well.

I believe the potential for 'lambing' is universal; it's a basic human quality. Hindi nga lang pantay-pantay ang 'degree of openness' saka may mga iba na nire-repress (like the English! lol)

On the Hispanic-Greek-Lebanese side of the family, we practise lambing a lot. Especially on the Lebanese side, where we kiss to say hello and hold hands to talk.

it really depends on how a person was brought up... and how he has been exposed to people making lambing. its not universal but im sure all cultures have this in at least of one of the basic units of their community.

if you are currently involved with someone, either platonic or romantic, and he is not appreciative or is bewildered or weirded out by the idea - he's prolly brought up that way... id say its gonna be difficult to make one sweet because its something that is a product of nurture.

i think there's also levels of lambing... which makes it a product of nature too, a characteristic thats innately accessible.

hahaha - so yeah i guess i agree with whitewatcher! hahaha :)
