Very new, then. Do you have a place to stay yet?

I do-I was lucky enough to run into a very close friend of mine upon my arrival.

I'm glad. I've heard October isn't the safest month to be out. It wouldn't do for you to be sleeping in a barn.

Well, the month is just about over, isn't it? I'm not saying that that means we should let our guards down, but a bit of relaxing wouldn't hurt.

November should be a month of reprieve, yes. In December there's mistletoe, though.

That's just a silly tradition, isn't it?

Unfortunately it's mandatory here. It forces you to stay under the mistletoe until you kiss someone. So I would suggest avoiding it, if at all possible.

I'll... certainly keep that in mind once December comes around.

As long as you keep an eye out for it I don't think you'll have any problems. But it's good to know what's coming, so you can be prepared.

Thank you for the warning, then.

It's no problem. Everyone deserves to know what Camp is capable of doing, especially newcomers.

From what I've heard so far, that'd be just about anything you can imagine, and then some.

Not on a day to day basis, but we have had some unexplainable things happen. The carnival seems to attract most of that strangeness.

Like what?

When it first arrived, there was a virus that would appear and attack campers to give them different...ah, camp diseases.
