I'm now in the semi-swing of my new position's schedule. As it's yet to be determined when I'll be meeting w/ new clients & their families, I'm attending the standardized meetings, huddles and introductions for my post. Some of it feels particularly silly as I earned this promotion well more than six months ago. Even some of the meeting attendees
