Of course you can ;) just join the queue outside the Courthouse, and Ianto was just a child trying to survive on the streets, but sadly, I don't think the jury will see it that way somehow ;(

LLoyd should get an Oscar for his performance, I just hope the jury sees through it.

Lloyd is very good at portraying what he wants people to see which has served him well for so long and made it so difficult for Ianto to get anyone to believe him

Llyod and Strutt need a visit with Janet after this trial is over!! I'm wondering why Clarke hadn't called Rhi to the stand for the prosecution considering what she over heard at the hospital from Lloyd. I hope if she's called by Strutt, she'll stick it to Lloyd because he just outright lied about the hospital visit and Rhi knows this.

Great update, I can't wait to see Clarke (hopefully) stomp Lloyd in to his place which is under the shoes of all decent people.

Thanks for sharing; can't wait for more :-)

Rhiannon would not be called to testify because she just would not be seen as a reliable witness for either the prosecution or the defence.

The case is literally her brother alleging that her father has assualted him multiple sons. As the sister or the complainent and the daughter of the defendent, she would have conflicting loyalties and so the jury are unlikely to believe her if she backs ianto up or if she backs Lloyd up.

Secondly, she would probably do more harm than good if she were called as a witness as apart from a tiny hospital moment where she walked in on the tail end of a conversation, she has seen nothing else. All she can say is what she's experienced and so Strutt would ask her questions aimed around her childhood and how loving Lloyd was to her - which he was.
